• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout. Sometimes, we even offer free shipping on select orders or promotions!

• Delays: We try our best to deliver on time, but sometimes delays happen due to unforeseen reasons like courier or weather issues. We’ll always keep you updated in such cases.

• Wrong or Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect – don’t worry! Just reach out to us at customercare@profusiondelights.com with photos or videos of the package (please record while unboxing). We’ll make it right for you.

• Replacement Pickups: If we’ve agreed on a replacement, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup so you don’t have to worry about sending it back yourself.
