Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Profusion Delights, we put a lot of care into making and packing our products so they reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
Since our items are food products, we don’t accept returns once an order has been delivered – except in cases where the product is damaged, missing, or not delivered.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You can request a refund or replacement only if:
The item arrives damaged or broken.
A product is missing from your order.
Your order was not delivered.
You received a wrong product by mistake.
To process your request, please make sure you:
Record a full unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Take clear photos showing the issue (damage, missing item, or wrong product).
Email the video and photos to customercare@profusiondelights.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to verify your claim – so please make sure to record it.
How Refunds Work
Once your claim is verified, we’ll either:
Send a replacement for the same item, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Reverse Pickup for Replacements
If a replacement has been approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the incorrect or damaged item through our courier partner.
Please keep the product in its original packaging until pickup is complete.
Non-Refundable Cases
We can’t offer refunds or replacements if:
The product was opened, used, or partially consumed.
The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
There’s no valid unboxing video.
The product’s taste, color, or texture doesn’t meet personal expectations.
The wrong delivery address or unavailability at delivery caused a failed shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled or refunded unless eligible under this policy.
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customercare@profusiondelights.com.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue or offer a refund if the package is lost in transit.
